Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy 1. Booking Confirmation All bookings must be confirmed through a signed contract. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required to secure your booking. 2. Payment Terms Full payment is due [insert number] days prior to the event date. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and cash. 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following fees: More than 1 day before the event: Full refund minus the deposit. 5 to 7 days before the event: 75% of total fees retained. Less than 1 day before the event: No refund. 4. Changes to Booking Any changes to the booking (date, time, services) must be communicated in writing. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. 5. Liability The company is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained. 6. Force Majeure The company is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics). 7. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate information regarding the event and ensure that the venue is accessible. Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests during the event. 8. Governing Law This policy shall be governed by the laws of The State of Michigan.
